 Adam has been in construction for over 18 years. Starting out painting houses right after high school, he's learned how to build a house from the foundation up. Eighteen years ago he turned his passion into a business that focuses on the long-term goals and satisfaction of his clients. He started as a contractor and now has developed a thriving business providing for clients and employee alike.

 Gabe has 20 years of experience working with national home building companies. He leads the team in administrative services. With a bit of background in design as well, not only is he able to talk you through the bottom line, he can help bring you vision to life!  

 Mark has worked with Adam his whole life. He was once retired but saw the value in Next Level and decided to join the team. HIs knowledge of Construction Science delivers projects on time and on budget. He's all about the details and loves adding those finishing touches that bring a project together.  

 
Beth has been in accounting her entire career and is the lady behind the numbers. She accounts for all the fine details of a project and makes sure our clients are taken care of.
